# Network owner pitch — draft for [YOUR COMPANY NAME]
> Audience: the network owners you already interface with on the MA side.
> One owner = many publisher sites. No per-publisher selling needed.
---
**Subject: Free rebuilds for your network's sites — you keep the uplift**
We've been your MCM/tech partner for a while, so this is a straight offer:
Most sites we see on networks like yours are leaving 10–30% of RPM on the
table to layout shift, slow LCP, consent handling, and ad placement decay.
Rebuilding one is usually a few hours of work for us — so here's the deal:
- We rebuild your network's sites for **free**. Faster pages, stable layout,
consent-compliant, ad slots repositioned for viewability.
- **You keep the upside.** We measure RPM per site in GAM for 30 days before
and 30 days after — the numbers decide whether it worked.
- If it doesn't lift RPM, we revert and you've lost nothing.
- If it works, your publishers earn more, churn drops, and our standard MCM
share covers our cost. Everybody's incentive is the same direction.
We can start with your 3–5 worst-performing sites this week as a pilot.
You pick them (or we will, from the RPM report), we deliver in 48 hours each.

## Internal notes (not for the pitch)
- Why owners say yes: costs them nothing, no publisher Armageddon risk
(revert path exists), and they're margin-focused by nature.
- Measurement is already in hand: MA means we see their GAM. Before/after
RPM per site is the whole proof.
- Secondary offer to the same people: **turnkey sites** — "need more
containers? We produce ad-onboarded sites with content for $X each."
These buyers buy assets, not tools. Price per volume.
- Our cost per rebuild is hours of agent time + hosting we already run.
- Don't promise specific % uplifts in writing; promise the measurement.
